Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for formulating strategic and long-term business plans, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, and developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial accounts or management accounts teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation, working closely with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
  • Take an active approach in the automation of financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure the company's financial reports are accurate and timely, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA.
  • Proficient understanding of finance management principles, with a strong analytical skillset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in strategic planning and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel, with experience of SOX (desirable).
  • A keen interest in automation policies and ideas, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
