Sales Academy Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our Sales Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that achieves its KPIs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead a highly engaged team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the Sales Academy.
