We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Head of Customer Service and Performance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance our customer service capabilities.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility to work across a 7-day operational week. You will be required to work 4 days either in-office or out on the road, with 1 day working from home, and 1 weekend per month.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery across multiple channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive customer-centric decision-making and ensure customer feedback is incorporated into business strategies.
