We are seeking an experienced Associate Practitioner to join our Endoscopy team at our Birmingham Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert support to Registered Nurses and mentoring Healthcare Assistants.

• Provide expert support to Registered Nurses during patient treatment
• Mentor Healthcare Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
• Work collaboratively with the Endoscopy Manager to ensure seamless patient care

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Practitioner/Nursing Associate qualification
• Recent experience in an acute or elective healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
