About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Writer to create high-quality system documentation, including source code technical documentation, user documentation, how-to guides, and product specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including source code technical documentation, user documentation, and how-to guides.
  • Translate developer documentation into clear and concise technical documents.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that documentation is accurate and easy to understand.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and document business system processes.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems documentation, including source code technical documentation, user documentation, and how-to guides.
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
