Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges. As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of a team that creates extraordinary experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and sharing product knowledge to cater to customer needs
  • Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, offering online services as needed
  • Maintain the highest retail standards, including selling and replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting
  • Manage and oversee stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room
  • Adapt to changing challenges, working on different departments and taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, engaging with customers with varying needs and requirements
  • Well-informed and knowledgeable about products, trends, and competitors
  • Sales and service expertise, delivering the extraordinary each time and taking the initiative to provide additional services
