Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in haematology, including the diagnosis and treatment of haematological disorders
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and guidelines for haematology services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Completion of specialist training in haematology
  • Experience in clinical leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
