HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our HSE management system, safe systems of work, and associated documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct site HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Collate and record safety observations, interventions, and start card data, and communicate to all departments monthly.
- Support the collation of environmental data to support our organization's goals and objectives.
- Promote workforce engagement in all HSE activities, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Deploy and collate weekly and monthly workshop checks, including lifting, overhead crane, and equipment checks.
- Support the collation of HSE statistics for input to various meetings.
- Support emergency response checks, including first aid, fire marshal, and defibrillator checks.
- Attend various HSE-related meetings and take meeting minutes.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Formal accident/incident investigation training (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Previous HSE experience in a related industry (desirable).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
