About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Counter Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our No7 beauty counter.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and Motivate Your Team
    • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Build Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their skincare needs and providing personalized beauty consultations.
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Work closely with the Store Manager or General Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
