Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Consultant:

Collaborate closely with your estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads. Deliver our industry-leading levels of client care and service, assisting each client in finding the solution that best fits their unique needs and circumstances, ensuring they return time and again. Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, along with an award-winning suite of non-regulated insurance products from leading insurers. Provide feedback to the residential team regarding progress on leads provided.

Skills and Experience Required to Succeed as a Mortgage Consultant:

Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent Background in Banking or Finance preferred but not mandatory Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (working towards targets/objectives) Positive and resilient mindset Naturally driven to achieve and surpass your goals Organized, self-motivated, and a team player Ability to perform under pressure Numerate and detail-oriented
