Electrical Project Manager

We are a recruitment company specializing in MEP recruitment in the Built Environment, looking for an Electrically biased Project Manager with previous experience managing multi-million pound MEP schemes within the construction sector.
Our client is a significant MEP contractor with offices UK wide, and their North West office needs an additional staff Project Manager to run a multi-million pound project in the heart of the Wirral.
The job is circa £6M MEP value, JCT contract, and includes, but is not limited to:
- AHUs
- A/C
- Clean water
- Deionised water
- Intelligent lighting
- Daylight dimming
- Electrical and mechanical services
Client liaison is an essential skill. The project is on a significant site that will run until mid-2025, offering the chance to create lasting relationships that could provide years of work, giving the right person confidence that a move to our client has a long-lasting and prosperous future.
You will maintain tight control over time, budget, and output, with the support of the engineer on site, along with site managers and in-house support from the commercial and buying teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-million pound MEP schemes within the construction sector
- Run a multi-million pound project in the heart of the Wirral
- Client liaison and relationship building
- Control over time, budget, and output
