Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Front of House staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and manage the training needs of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage and delegate tasks to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
