Job Title: Business Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Project Manager to join our team at Monahans. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver operations and integration projects that will grow our portfolio and develop the operational strength of Monahans.
  • Programme-manage the delivery of technical and central services projects that will underpin the smooth running of our client services.
  • Measure and report on the progress of our projects across the organisation in line with our weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review of critical success factors.
  • Conduct projects' post-implementation reviews, taking the key learnings and continuously improving our processes and practices.
  • Proactively manage any operational risks by identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks before they become a problem.
  • Develop project management capability in the team and establish reporting processes that will keep the firm informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project managing acquisitions and business transfers, with multiple workstreams.
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to implement operations planning and project management effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to make the right things happen at pace.
