Recruitment Process:
Our selection process consists of two phases: an initial in-person interview with the headteacher and senior leadership team, followed by a practical teaching demonstration.
Our Key Stage 1 class accommodates both mainstream learners and those with special educational needs, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant.
We emphasize the importance of building strong partnerships with parents through consistent communication and collaborative meetings.
