Neo Environmental Ltd, a leading environmental consultancy, is seeking a skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. As a key member of our landscape team, you will work on a diverse range of projects, including residential schemes, infrastructure, and energy projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work with a well-established and growing consultancy. The successful candidate will be based in either our Glasgow or Warrington offices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain GIS data, producing high-quality GIS drawings.
- Produce 3D photorealistic photomontages to support project visualizations.
- Develop AutoCAD technical drawings to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects.
- Contribute to the broader landscape team, providing technical expertise.
- Design and develop conceptual and master plans for projects.
- Essential experience with AutoCAD and ESRI ArcGIS.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of landscape design principles.
- Proficiency in Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and briefs.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Creative flair, with the ability to present information in a visually appealing way.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong scientific and engineering knowledge, with a focus on environmental sustainability.
- Experience working on solar and/or wind farm projects, with a deep understanding of renewable energy principles.
