We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Quality Inspector to join our team on a permanent basis. Your role will be crucial in delivering memorable experiences and top-notch service to our guests and colleagues alike. We value positive energy and aim to foster a vibrant community that embraces diverse backgrounds and experiences.
As a Room Quality Inspector , your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all assigned rooms are cleaned to the highest standards in accordance with departmental procedures
- Managing lost property items following established protocols
- Personalizing guest services by utilizing guest history in line with our quality assurance standards
- Conducting daily checks of all assigned rooms to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintaining strict security protocols regarding guest belongings, colleague property, and room inventory
- Monitoring pantry inventories and updating stock records
The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, on a shift basis.
