Position Overview:
As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the aesthetic appeal and upkeep of our properties. This position is structured for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with seasonal adjustments to 35 hours during winter and 45 hours in summer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Grass cutting
- Domestic painting
- Fencing
- Hedge trimming
- Flower bed upkeep

Work Schedule:
During the summer months, your work hours will extend to 45 hours per week, while in winter, the schedule will reduce to 35 hours per week. This is a permanent role within our organization.

Tools and Equipment:
We will provide all necessary tools and equipment for your tasks, including a company vehicle. A valid UK driving license is a prerequisite for this position.

Independence and Support:
You will be expected to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-management in your duties.
