Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Whitbread's Shoreditch Hub By Premier Inn. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails, to our guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking guests in and out, and handling room assignments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
