About the Company: Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in the UK.

Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning the workload for the accounts team, ensuring that monthly workload targets are met, and preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan the workload for the accounts team
  • Ensure that the monthly workload targets are met
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
  • Assist management with finalising accounts
  • Assist and train the more junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
  • ACA/ACCA qualified/part-qualified
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident dealing with clients and work well within a team
