About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a global business to find a skilled Category Marketing Specialist. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies for the health division, with a focus on the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Oversee all marketing activities for the health division, including campaigns, promotions, and sales tools.
  • Ensure effective communication of messaging to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing progress and project results.
  • Lead market research efforts to evaluate current and potential marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal Marcoms teams and external agencies to deliver marketing activities.
  • Manage photography and video shoots to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to execute effective strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to evaluate marketing success.
  • Work with Category Product Manager to identify new product ideas.
  • Prepare key presentations and launch documents in collaboration with the product team.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Develop category expertise and stay informed about industry trends.

  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels.
