About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Private Client team at JE BENNETT LAW LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our partners and fee-earners in the handling of complex probate and estate administration matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the provision of legal advice to clients
  • Draft legal documents, forms, and letters
  • Conduct legal research and maintain Continuing Professional Development Plans and Records
  • Organize and maintain legal files
  • Deal with new enquiries and client communications
  • Prepare estate accounts and reports

Requirements
  • 2:1 degree in a law-related field or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
