Job Title: Behaviour Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Behaviour Assistant to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Behaviour Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, providing positive behaviour support and promoting independence.

About the Role:
  • Provide positive behaviour support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Support individuals to develop life skills and promote independence
  • Collaborate with families and carers to ensure effective communication and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour support policies and procedures
