Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the care of residents with complex needs, including wound management and administering oxygen.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Liaise with the GP and multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development of the care team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence.
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC.
- Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK.
- Demonstrate experience in dementia care and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
