Are you a dedicated and meticulous individual with a strong interest in property upkeep and cleaning? Join our team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort in a premier residential setting. This role not only involves cleaning tasks but also requires effective communication with residents, making interpersonal skills essential.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Executing cleaning tasks throughout all areas of the property, including entrances and storage facilities.
  • Conducting daily meetings with management to discuss any ongoing issues.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, including entry systems.
  • Carrying out thorough cleaning duties to ensure the property remains tidy and free of litter.
  • Utilizing various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers.
  • Overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks such as painting and decorating as required.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies, including floods and gas leaks.
  • Keeping accurate records, including utility meter readings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is willing to assist wherever necessary. Basic administrative and computer skills are also required to maintain accurate records.

Working Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week
