Job Description

Protocol Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Flexi-Cover Supply Teacher to work with local Primary and SEN Schools in the Rickmansworth Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lessons to students across all year groups as and when needed, covering staff absence, extra teaching support, interim recruitment, or training.
  • Carry out work pre-set by class teachers to a high standard, managing the behavior of pupils and ensuring a constructive and positive environment.
  • De-escalate situations within the classroom, adhering to safeguarding procedures and reporting any concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies.
  • Collect and return work to the appropriate recipient, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with teachers and school staff.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status is essential, with experience in Further Education, lecturing, tutoring, coaching, or project leading from a childcare or young adult background.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to read and comprehend complex information.
  • Degree-educated, with a proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
