The Role

We're seeking an experienced AI Designer to join our team. As an AI Systems Designer, you'll be responsible for creating innovative AI behaviours and features that enhance gameplay and player experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI systems that drive gameplay and player engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into the game.
  • Analyse player and AI behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Work closely with the game development team to ensure AI systems meet the game's vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI design for AAA games.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and AI systems.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine and C++ programming.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
