We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Data Insights to lead our talented team of data engineers and visualization specialists.
Position OverviewAs the Head of Data Insights, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data insights lifecycle, from identifying business needs to delivering impactful visualizations and reports. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across various departments to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the company's business goals and identify key data insights that drive commercial value. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data use cases and ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Lead the development and execution of the Data Insights team roadmap, prioritizing projects based on impact and resource availability. Effectively manage multiple complex use cases while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a data-driven culture by effectively communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate collaboration between different departments and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources within the Data Insights team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
- Technical Expertise: Contribute to the design and implementation of ETL solutions, dashboards, and data models. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the field of data analytics.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record in data insights and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Significant experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
