This facility is designed specifically for the treatment of orthopaedic and spinal issues, with a solid reputation built over two decades. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, including a proficient nursing staff and a supportive client service team. Your role will involve managing a diverse orthopaedic caseload, including fractures, TPLOs, and intricate soft tissue surgeries, while providing outstanding clinical care during consultations and procedures. Adherence to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence is essential.

The ideal candidate will hold RCVS registration and possess substantial experience in small animal surgery, including proficiency in performing TPLO/TTAs or equivalent procedures, fracture repairs, and complex soft tissue surgeries. Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial. Experience in supporting nurse consultations and understanding the impact of these on clinic performance is also important.
