Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and processing supplier payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Processing expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Responding to invoice queries and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Obtaining invoice approvals from internal departments and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:
