- Financial Control and Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust financial controls and risk management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
- Qualifications: Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar managerial role within finance, with a strong track record of financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and IT skills, including data scrutiny and analysis.
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 per annum.
