Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the long-term financial stability and growth of the organization.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Control and Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust financial controls and risk management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar managerial role within finance, with a strong track record of financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and IT skills, including data scrutiny and analysis.
