Overview of the Position
The primary objective of this role is to conceptualize, create, and implement tailored iBSc educational and pastoral assistance programs for international medical scholars from Partner Institutions throughout the academic year. Additionally, this position will facilitate the formation of new partnership agreements and maintain leadership over existing collaborations.
Position Details:
- This role is offered on a part-time basis.
- Funding for this position is secured for an initial three-year term, with the possibility of extension based on evolving project requirements.
- This opportunity is exclusively available to current UCL personnel. We encourage applications from existing UCL staff seeking a secondment.
- The remuneration for this position is pro rata at either grade 9 or 10, with salary upon appointment determined by experience.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will hold a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline, or will be post-CCT, or nearing completion of their CCT within six months. A strong dedication to enhancing the student experience through high-quality academic support is essential. Furthermore, the candidate should possess experience in mentoring and guiding students, with a focus on promoting their personal and professional growth.
