Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

TS Recruitment is working with a nationwide facilities management company to find a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to cover the Bristol area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain commercial gas and oil systems, including boilers, heaters, and heating systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
  • Full Gas Qualifications for commercial boilers, gas heaters, and heating systems.
  • General mechanical/plumbing experience - both installation and maintenance.

What We Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary up to £41,000, dependent on experience, and a supportive work environment.
