You will have the freedom to innovate and implement security solutions, contributing to a secure and resilient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment & Management: Identify and evaluate security risks, maintaining an up-to-date risk register. Develop and oversee risk treatment plans to mitigate potential threats.
- Compliance & Audit: Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Manage adherence to regulatory requirements and Codes of Connection.
- Incident Management: Investigate security incidents and breaches, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting. Develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Technical Oversight: Lead cyber Health Checks to identify vulnerabilities and validate the effectiveness of security controls. Act as a key representative in security-related meetings and Change Advisory Boards.
- Policy Development: Collaborate on the creation and refinement of security policies, fostering a culture of awareness and best practices within the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive background in information security management, with a strong focus on risk management and governance.
- Certifications: CISM or CISSP; ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certifications are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Broad technical expertise in ICT, coupled with a deep understanding of security standards and frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security Clearance: Eligibility for SC Clearance.
Preferred Certifications:
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PCI-DSS Internal Security Assessor, or CISA certification.
