Hooray Works Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing bespoke mortgage and equity release advice to high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage broking, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and full CeMap qualification. Experience in equity release is essential, and whole of market experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke mortgage and equity release advice to high net worth individuals
  • Nurture long-term client relationships
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to oversee each application through to completion
  • Ensure clients receive appropriate levels of protection
Requirements
  • Full CeMap qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage broking
  • Experience in equity release essential
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car
  • Whole of market experience advantageous
