Olleco is a pioneering renewable energy company dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable practices. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact on the environment.

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for performing tasks to improve asset reliability, managing machine and system failures, and ensuring spare parts are readily available. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our reputation for operational excellence and supporting our goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

About the Role

  • Perform tasks to improve asset reliability and efficiency
  • Manage machine and system failures to minimize unplanned non-productive maintenance
  • Ensure spare parts are readily available
  • Ensure work areas are clean and 'Audit Ready'

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering/Maintenance/Reliability in the renewable energy or energy sector
  • Electrical or Mechanical HNC, NBVQ or similar qualification
  • Proven electrical & instrumentation/mechanical experience with ability to support on mechanical tasks
  • Experience in continuous/process improvement and LEAN manufacturing
  • Ability to read/interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, and P&IDs essential
