Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team as a Founding Software Architect. The successful candidate will work closely with our CTO to develop customer-facing software for submitting and tracking claims. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable and efficient software systems.
  • Collaborating with internal and external customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining an internal machine learning-powered claim handling system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for shipping high-quality software quickly.
  • Strong full-stack development skills, with a focus on JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience hosting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in SQL and object-relational mapping (ORM) tools.
  • 2-7 years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
