Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Automotive Technician to join a dynamic team within a thriving dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles to high standards.
- Collaborating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Occasionally interacting with customers to provide expert technical insights.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and referrals.
- Upholding cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent.
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A full driving license.
Additional Information
An MOT license is preferred but not mandatory. The role offers competitive remuneration, including potential overtime and a performance-based bonus structure.
