About You

  • Free school meals.
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Instant access to up to 40% of your salary as you earn it.
  • Employee discounts on over 130,000 shops and entertainment venues.
  • Access to Blue Light Card, the discount service for emergency and social care staff.
  • Free eye tests and Employee Assistance Programme to support health and wellbeing.
  • Refer-a-friend scheme – receive £500.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children, young people, and adults across all of our services. As such, this role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013, and 2020. An enhanced Disclosure submission will be required to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Equality and Diversity

We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and believe everyone has the right to be themselves. We celebrate diversity and recognise the value and opportunity it brings. We are committed to creating a workplace where all differences are valued, and we make sure that all colleagues are given the same opportunities.
