A well-established chartered firm with decades of expertise is seeking a committed Financial Services Coordinator to enhance their operations. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional client support while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and distribute Recommendation Letters while collecting essential documentation.
  • Oversee new business workflows to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare client valuations and review materials prior to meetings.
  • Manage post-review documentation and client correspondence.
  • Engage with clients and providers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with FCA requirements.
  • Keep Financial Planners informed about communications with providers.
  • Handle daily tasks through the firm's workflow management system.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Role Requirements:

  • Qualification in Financial Services or actively pursuing certification.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services within an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) environment.
  • Familiarity with FCA regulations, ethics, and financial compliance.
  • Knowledge of investment strategies, pension schemes, protection plans, and financial products.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
