The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our asphalt plant, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

As our Asphalt Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the asphalt plant, including health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing a close-knit team to ensure a safe and operationally efficient environment
  • Overseeing the continual improvement of site practices to include manufacturing cost reductions
  • Managing fiscal documents to ensure monthly personnel, maintenance, and recycling budgets are met
  • Working closely with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of health and safety policy and procedures
  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Proven track record in nurturing talent and developing future leaders within the organization
  • Experience in operating asphalt/mobile plant
