Job Summary:

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking an experienced Family/Children Solicitor to join our successful team in Central London. As a Family Finance Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law files, including divorce, financial matters, and private law children cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of family law files, including divorce, low to medium net worth financial matters, private law children cases, and domestic violence applications.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
  • Develop a personal profile and market the team's services online and in person.
  • Achieve set goals, including time recording and billing.
  • Assist senior team members in complex, high-value matters.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team on casework, administration, and business development.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including impeccable grammar and punctuation.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm to learn and develop skills.
  • Good marketing, networking, and business development skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the firm's client group.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm. Alternative working arrangements, including part-time hours, will be considered.
