Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Job Opportunity

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos management, surveying, and analysis, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys across various sites, including commercial, industrial, local authority, and domestic properties.
  • Undertake air monitoring tasks, including 4-stage clearances, and provide detailed technical reports to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on asbestos management.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • P402, P403, and P404 BOHS qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) are essential.
  • Proven experience in asbestos surveying, analysis, and management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of asbestos and its management, with a focus on providing expert advice to clients.
