Key Responsibilities:
- Directly lead the team and be responsible for the line management of team members.
- Provide person-centred care and support to enable individuals with mental health needs to live as independently as possible.
- Work closely with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated, personalised service that meets the identified needs of individuals, promotes their recovery, and maintains their quality of life.
Requirements:
- Good understanding and experience in the field of mental health.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
