Join Volvo Group as a Technician Supervisor and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable transport. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our team to create high levels of morale and focus, ensuring work is completed on time and with excellence in quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians in their daily activities.
  • Coach and provide support and guidance to your team of technicians.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels, both written and verbally.
  • Understand and analyze technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Delegate work to the appropriate personnel.
  • Operate GDS and Impact Systems, specific to the GVS process stages.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
