About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physics teacher to join our team at an outstanding school in Westminster. As a Physics teacher with Wayman Group, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to the growth and success of the education industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring students receive a comprehensive and engaging education.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a passion for Physics among students.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students have an equal opportunity to succeed.
  • Student Support: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of students.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Physics department to develop engaging teaching materials and resources that enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching Physics at the primary or secondary level.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and motivate students.
