We are in search of a candidate who is adaptable and thrives in a busy setting, ready to contribute across various departments.

The ideal applicant should possess a constructive mindset, excellent manual skills, and a background in Assembly and Manufacturing. A-levels in Electronics or an HND in Electronics, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience, is preferred.

The successful individual will be tasked with assembling components according to schematics or assembly guidelines, in addition to confirming the accuracy of component quantities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble cable harnesses, including crimping and soldering tasks;
  • Assist in electronic assembly, covering sub-assemblies and complete builds;
  • Work alongside development engineers on technical assignments;
  • Operate within an ESD safe workspace;
  • Oversee workshop inventory and manage goods in/out;
  • Procure components based on Bills of Material;
  • Carry out administrative duties to support production;
  • Manufacture components to complete products;
  • Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks;
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings;
Essential Requirements:
  • A-levels, apprenticeship, or HND in Electronics/Engineering;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach;
  • Willingness to acquire new skills;
  • Eligibility for UK Government security clearance;
  • Availability for full-time on-site work;
  • Must be willing to relocate if necessary.
