As a **Reliability Maintenance Supervisor**, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety protocols, executing preventive maintenance, and enhancing equipment uptime. This role involves a non-traditional work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote health and safety standards
  • Exhibit proficiency in Material Handling Equipment
  • Guide and mentor maintenance technicians
  • Ensure equipment functionality through effective troubleshooting
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance with standards

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or NVQ level 3
  • Proficient mechanical and electrical skills
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements
  • Fluency in English and the local language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in managing multiple contractors
  • Familiarity with multi-site operations
