Job Summary:

Pertemps Sheffield is seeking experienced LGV C+E Drivers to join our team at a National Distribution Centre in Worksop. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting pet products to Regional Distribution Centres throughout the home county.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trunking between depot and RDCs
  • Ensuring loads are safely secured and adhering to a safety-first approach to driving
  • Completing daily delivery paperwork and log books

Requirements:

  • A valid LGV C+E entitlement with a minimum of 6 months experience or attendance at a Pertemps driver assessment & training course for insurance purposes
  • A driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and free of endorsements such as DD's, DR's or IN10s
  • Possession of an OPS 35 assessment is desirable and would be advantageous

Benefits:

  • A very competitive salary starting from £15ph for Monday to Friday days and £16ph for Monday to Friday nights, with guaranteed 8-hour pay
