Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of development tasks, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to align development work with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues across teams, acting as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.
  • Lead the hands-on delivery of change requests for ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Recommend solutions for new requirements prioritization, contributing to the roadmap and strategic direction of the platform.
  • Analyze existing processes for enhancement opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, ensuring clarity and transparency for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and correct software defects, proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions to ensure platform stability.
  • Analyze ServiceNow platform performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
  • Estimate build tasks and undertake product feature development based on business requirements, translating user needs into technical solutions.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand program modifications and incorporate feedback into development plans.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including integrations with other systems and applications.
  • Proven track record of ownership in product delivery, IT workflows, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, demonstrating adaptability to different project management approaches.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
