We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cut & Crease/Glueing Machine Operator to join our team at Recruit Mint. As a key member of our manufacturing production team, you will be responsible for operating cutting, creasing, and glueing machines with optimal speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cutting, creasing, and glueing machines to produce high-quality products in a manufacturing setting.
  • Troubleshoot and solve any issues that may arise during production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and work independently when necessary.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience on cardboard cutting or glueing machines or experience working on complex printing machinery.
